The functions of the former Division of Educational Accountability have been transferred to the Office of School Improvement, the Office of Policy, and the Division of Special Education and Student Services.

Information regarding provisions of the Regulations Establishing Standards for Accrediting Public Schools in Virginia (Standards of Accreditation) and related guidelines is available from the Office of Policy.

The Office of Federal Program Monitoring is now a component of the Division of Special Education and Student Services.
