Virginia HOSA is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), educational association of student members preparing for health care careers. HOSA, the student association, has three membership categories: secondary (students enrolled in high school who have not yet received a high school diploma); postsecondary (students who have graduated from high school but are not pursuing a baccalaureate degree); and collegiate (students seeking a baccalaureate degree).
The mission of HOSA is to enhance the delivery of compassionate, quality health care by providing opportunities for knowledge, skill and leadership development of all health occupations education students, therefore, helping the students to meet the needs of the health care industry.
