- Applications for NCLB Federal Funds are available for download as Excel documents and are to be completed and submitted electronically.
- Instructions for electronic completion and submission of each federal program application are contained in the Guidelines, Instructions, and Assurances documents found below.
- Submit 2009-2010 NCLB applications for federal funds using the Online Management of Education Grant Awards (OMEGA). This easy-to-use system will streamline the application process and result in faster approvals and funds distribution.
