Ordering DVD/CD Copies of the Department of Education Staff Development Telecasts
DVD/CD copies of DOE Telecast programs are available from the Department of Education. Patrons are charged a nominal handling fee for this service. To order a program, print this page with the form below, fill in the information, and enclose payment. Send the form to: Virginia Department of Education Attn: Accounting/ Account #96023 P.O. Box 2120 Richmond, VA 23218-2120 The fee for duplication -- which includes DVD/CD, shipping and handling -- is $5.00 per program for Virginia K-12 public schools, and $8.00 per program for all other users. Please enclose a check, payable to the Treasurer of Virginia, with your order. Orders are processed as they are received, usually within 5 working days. Prepayment is required as we no longer invoice.
