The annual Virginia Educational Technology Conference (previously called the Educational Technology Leadership Conference), now in its 15th year, will take place October 28-30, 2009, at the Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, Virginia.
The Office of Educational Research and Outreach (OERO) at Virginia Tech in partnership with the Virginia Department of Education will sponsor the event again this year, and the two strands will be leadership and instructional innovation.
Innovate 2009, a one-day event, will take place on Thursday, October 29, during the 2009 Virginia Educational Technology Conference and will showcase innovative technologies and products that could transform education in the future.
