Student Data Record Layouts

These layouts identify the information for the various assessment data files provided to school divisions by assessment contractors. All files prior to Fall 2006 were delivered only in fixed-length field formats. Beginning in Fall 2006, divisions were provided with files in both a comma separated value (CSV) format and a fixed field length (TXT) format. Record layouts are subject to change.
