The Board of Education will hold a special business meeting in Conference Rooms D and E, off the main lobby in the James Monroe Building, 101 North 14th Street, Richmond. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss and vote on several matters related to the implementation of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) and final approval of the state consolidated application. Note: This meeting is in addition to the previously scheduled business meeting on Monday, January 6, 2003. Notice is given that Board of Education members will participate in the January 28th meeting via telephone conference call.
