Regional Core Academic Institutes Developed through partnerships with institutes of higher education, school divisions and the financial support of the Virginia State Improvement Grant #H323A040011 - Regional Core Academic Institutes provide secondary special education teachers not new to the profession the opportunity to meet the requirements for highly qualified teachers throughout the eight regions of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
