Special Education Annual Plan
LEA Forms and Instructions

Pursuant to the Code of Virginia, § 22.1-215, each school division shall submit a plan, to VDOE for approval, to provide special education services to identified children with disabilities residing within its jurisdiction. This plan shall not be submitted more than annually unless federal or state law or regulation requires changes to the plan.
