The Secretary of Education, Belle S. Wheelan, has convened the designated team to complete a capital needs assessment for consolidating the two schools at a single campus. A report to the Governor and the Chairmen of the House Committees on Appropriations and Education and the Senate Committees on Finance and Education will be submitted by Dec. 1, 2004.
