The Virginia Department of Education provides Family Life Education workshops and training sessions throughout the Commonwealth.

Trainings are available for teachers, administrators, nurses, counselors, parents, community-based educators, and others involved in coordinated school health programs, in the subject areas of Family Life Education.

VCHETRC also aids in acquiring, evaluating, and housing recent research-based materials and resources for use in the implementation of comprehensive school health education.
