     Enclosed please find copies of recent presentations to the
Commission on the Future of Public Education.  The first is the
Strategic Plan for the Board of Education and the Superintendent
of Public Instruction and the second is an analysis of Spending
in Public Education, 1989-90 to 1994-95.
