SUBJECT:
 		 Virginia Public School Authority School Equipment Finance Notes, 
Educational Technology Issue IV

  
  Supts. Memo. No. 19, dated February 7, 1997, provided you
  information on how to claim reimbursement for the
  Educational Technology Issue IV.  Attached is a printout
  that gives the outstanding balances in this account as of
  November 10, 1997.  School divisions have until March 31,
  1998, to claim these funds.  The Department is asking that
  you submit reimbursements for these funds in a timely manner
  to avoid having to process a large number of reimbursements
  at one time which could result in delays.

  Bonds will be sold sometime in the spring of 1998 for the
  Educational Technology Issue V.  Funds will be available to
  school divisions possibly in May, 1998.  Additional
  information concerning the Issue V funds will be sent to you
  at that time.
