| SUBJECT: | Extension of Deadline for Completing SOL Training Initiative Evaluation Surveys |
In an effort to be sensitive to the extra burden recent survey requests have placed on school divisions, we have asked the Virginia Commonwealth University evaluators to extend the deadline for completing the SOL Training Initiative evaluation surveys to January 29, 1999. We wish to thank those school divisions that have already submitted the survey information to VCU, and those that are making a good faith effort to return the surveys in early January. While the response window has been extended until January 29, we encourage school divisions to return the surveys to VCU as soon as possible. VCU staff will enter the data into a master database as the information is received. Please share this announcement with your SOL Training Initiative contact persons. VCU staff will also communicate this extended due date to the SOL Training Initiative Evaluation Contact Person in each division in a separate memorandum.
