SUBJECT:	Student Conduct Policy Guidelines Addendum

The 2001 revision of the Student Conduct Policy Guidelines was distributed via Superintendent’s memo #97, dated June 22, 2001. In October 2001,an addendum to the guidelines was posted to the document. This can be accessed at http://www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/Instruction/Sped/stu_conduct.pdf. You can locate the addendum by clicking on “2001 Legislative Changes.” This includes an update on legislation enacted by the 2001 General Assembly relevant to student discipline.
