of Accreditation Guidance Document |
The
Virginia Board of Education’s revised Regulations Establishing Standards for
Accrediting Public Schools in Virginia became effective September 7, 2006. The revised standards may be found on the
Department’s Web site at: http://www.doe.virginia.gov/VDOE/Accountability/soa.html.
To
provide school divisions guidance regarding the revised regulations the Board
of Education adopted Guidance Document
Governing Certain Provisions of the Regulations Establishing Standards for
Accrediting Public Schools in Virginia (8 VAC 20-131.) at the Board’s October 25, 2006, board
meeting. The document may be
