2007 Virginia Public School Convocations
Superintendent of Public Instruction Billy K. Cannaday Jr. kicked off the 2007-2008 school year by addressing teacher convocations in Bristol, Nelson County, Floyd County, Mathews County, Hanover County, Hopewell and Pulaski County.
