The

graduating in June 2002. I am writing
to ask you or your designee to identify qualified students and invite them to
complete an application form. Please
note that the maximum number of applicants a school division may nominate is
determined by the twelfth grade membership for 2001-2002. A table for determining this maximum number
is included in the Instruction section of the application. All applications should be forwarded to and
mailed from the central office of your school division unless your school is
the only high school within your division.
An application, copy of the transcript, and letters of recommendations
must be received by March 31, 2002.
