History Day Program |
The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation
will sponsor the Virginia History Day Program April 24, 2004, in Williamsburg, Virginia.
This years theme is Exploration, Encounter, Exchange in History.
Students participating in the program
will conduct research using primary and secondary sources and prepare
presentations based on this years theme. Students in grades 6 12 who win
local and district level competitions in a variety of categories will be
eligible to compete at the state level. Winners at the state level will be
eligible to compete at National History Day in College Park, Maryland.
