The Department of Education is pleased to announce that the Literacy Empowerment Foundation (LEF) is making available to schools a Matching Book Grant Program. This program allows schools to double their purchasing power by purchasing Guided Reading and Independent Reading Collections at half price.

The Literacy Empowerment Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. Information and matching book grant order forms are available at http://www.lefbooks.org. Orders must be received by November 15, 2004.
