2006 Virginia Christmas Tree Growers Association (VCTGA) Scholarships

 

The 2006 Virginia Christmas Tree Growers Association (VCTGA) is an association of professional Christmas tree growers interested in expansion of its farming industry by growing and marketing quality trees. Through the support of research and education, the organization strives to improve the numbers, quality, and types of trees available to the fresh tree market.

 

Two $1,000 educational scholarships will be awarded to students who are furthering their education through attendance at an accredited college, university, vocational, or trade school. The scholarships require a forestry or horticultural course be completed with a passing grade at the college, university, vocational or trade school of enrollment.
