Informational Supts. Memo No. 62 dated March 22, 1996 indicated that some school divisions had incorrectly reported their 1994-95 Vocational Education data on the Vocational Education Reporting System (VERS). The initial review of the 1994-95 Vocational Education data collected through the Secondary Enrollment/Demograhic Form (SEDF) has been completed. The attached printouts reflect changes that were made based on the Department's Vocational staff phone conversations and written communications with your VERS Coordinator and/or Vocational Director. The revised printouts are being sent directly to your Vocational Director for final review. Please have the documents reviewed for accuracy and indicate any changes directly on the printouts. Please return the enclosed verification form to Lee Ross by June 28, 1996. Questions concerning the attached printouts may be addressed to Lee Ross at (804) 225-2828.
