The enclosed tables provide estimates of school division
allocations under SDFSCA State Grants at the level
appropriated by Congress. According to guidance received
from the U.S. Department of Education, there is a
possibility that the amounts may be revised if updated
population data from the Census bureau becomes available in
1997. Final notification of allocations will be made to
school divisions in the spring of 1997 after the amounts
have been confirmed by the U.S. Department of Education.
