| SUBJECT: | Reimbursements for Elementary Technology and Networking Grants |
On September 29, 1995, the Department notified school
divisions about the process for requesting reimbursement for
the Networking and Elementary Technology funds. These funds
are available until December 1, 1996.
This memo is just a reminder that reimbursements must be
filed in order to receive these funds. Attached is a
reimbursement form for your convenience. Please complete
this form and attach supporting documentation and identify
the method of transfer. Please send the completed
reimbursement request to Mrs. June Eanes, Budget Director.
If you have any questions concerning the form, please call
her at (804) 225-2060. The requests will be processed as
soon as possible when received.
