SUBJECT: Fall 1995 Report of the Virginia Literacy Testing Program

  
  Attached is the Fall 1995 report of state results from the
  Virginia Literacy Testing Program.  As you will recall,
  these results have been delayed due to a scoring error by
  Data Recognition Corporation, the scoring contractor for the
  Literacy Testing Program.  The attached report contains
  corrected and updated results.
