Virginia Public School Authority School Equipment Financing Notes,
Educational Technology Issue IV |
The Department has received word from the Virginia Public School Authority that it is intending to sell bonds on or about February 20, 1997 for the Educational Technology program in 1997. Supts. Memo. No. 199 dated December 20, 1996 identified the amount of funding available for each school division. These funds will be available to school divisions on or about March 4, 1997. Reimbursement may be requested until January 1, 1998. Please refer to Informational Supts. Memo. No. 113, dated June 14, 1996 on the use of these funds for technology. Attached is the reimbursement request to be used for this Technology Initiative. This form, along with supporting documentation, should be sent to Mrs. June F. Eanes, Acting Assistant Superintendent for Finance, Department of Education, P. O. Box 2120, Richmond, VA 23218-2120.
