| SUBJECT: | Additional Information Regarding the Upcoming Administration of the Stanford 9 TA as Part of the Virginia State Assessment Program (VSAP) |
This memo and its attachments convey additional information
regarding the upcoming administration of the Stanford 9 TA
as part of the Virginia State Assessment Program (VSAP).
School divisions are reminded that they are to schedule this
testing within the state testing window of April 1-30, 1997.
This is the first administration of this newly adopted test
as part of VSAP. Scores will be publicly reported from this
test administration. The information contained herein
further clarifies procedures and sets forth a schedule of
pre-test workshops.
The Department of Education wants to thank school division
personnel for working with us in the implementation of this
new test. Should you have any questions regarding the VSAP
