  Regulatory Superintendent's Memorandum Number 6, dated June
  6, 1997, informed you of the upcoming fire inspections of
  schools by the State Fire Marshal's Office and the need for
  training for school divisions to prepare for the
  inspections.  The dates and locations of the training have
  been set and are as follows:

  We would recommend sending two or three representatives
  from each school division (central office safety officer,
  maintenance director, head custodian, lead principal, etc.). 
  If you are unable to attend the meeting in your region, you
  are welcome to sign up for a meeting in another location. 
  Please register at least one week prior to your workshop and
  if you register make every effort to attend.  If you find
  you cannot attend at the last minute, send a substitute to
  take your place.

  We have included a draft agenda and a state map
  indicating the regional offices of the State Fire Marshal.
