  Informational Supts. Memo. No. 139, dated September 5, 1997,
  informed local school divisions that 20% of the Vocational
  Education federal entitlement would have to be claimed through
  the reimbursement process. Enclosed are the Carl D. Perkins
  Vocational Education Requisition forms to be used when
  requesting the remaining 20% of your federal entitlement. 

  Form BA033 must be completed when requesting reimbursement of
  the remaining 20% of Carl Perkins entitlement.   The same form
  (BA033) should also be used to request funds to be carried
  over to September 30, 1998.  This form is due by June 9, 1998,
  for prompt payment within this fiscal year. 

  Form BA033CA is to be completed when requesting reimbursement
  for the carried over funds.  This form is due by September 30,
  1998.

  Please submit the completed forms to Patricia Brooks,

  Virginia 23218-2120, by the dates specified.
