The School Administration Data Collection includes reporting forms, instructions, and the timeline for updating the following information for the 1998-99 school year: I. School Administration (School ID) II. Division Superintendent III. Designated Contacts IV. School Division Calendar V. Central Office Staff Updates (New) The School Administration Data Collection is used for official department mailings and to obtain information for the Virginia Department of Education's State Education Directory. The Virginia Educational Directory will be published in the early fall of 1998. All forms must be received by Management Information Systems on or before July 20, 1998. We will gladly accept forms prior to the deadline and we encourage early submission. Designation of the appropriate school type and program category of the school. If your county, city, or town participates in the 911 emergency system, the U.S. Postal Service requires a valid street number and street name for all mailing addresses. Review your Central Office Staff entries in the DOE State Education Directory. In order to speed the processing, we request that you submit only additions, changes, and deletions, not your entire staff listing. To ensure this information is included in the Fall 1998 State Education Directory it must be received no later than July 20, 1998. NOTE: The Virginia Educational Directory is published in two formats: 1) WWW Document - http://pen.k12.va.us/Anthology/VDOE/Directory 2) paper publication The WWW document is updated continuously and contains the most current School Administration information.
