Attached is the Financial Report form for reporting 1997-98 expenditures 
for Vocational Education.  Please complete and return this form by 
September 18, 1998, to Mrs. Leigh H. Williams, Budget Analyst, Department 
of Education, P. O. Box 2120, Richmond, VA 23218-2120.  This information 
will be used to compute your state vocational entitlement for 1998-99.
