SUBJECT: Revised Entitlements for 1997-98 

  
  Informational Supts. Memo. No. 196, dated December 19, 1997,
  provided revised entitlements based on actual September 30,
  1997, Fall Membership.  Because the revised average daily
  membership estimate has decreased by 3,917 students and the
  sales tax estimate was increased to $637,300,000, payments
  will be adjusted on the last EDI in January, 1998.  When
  March 31, 1998, ADM is received and finalized, payments will
  be adjusted again in May and June.
