SUBJECT: Transmittal of the 1998 Legislative Bill Book 

  
     Enclosed are two copies of the Education Bills Passed &
  Joint Resolutions Agreed to by the 1998 General Assembly.  All
  of the bills became effective July 1, 1998, unless otherwise
  indicated.

     This publication will serve as a compilation of actions of
  the 1998 General Assembly session until such time as the
  Virginia School Laws are updated.    You may reproduce all or
  any part of this document for use in your division.

     I hope you find this information to be helpful.  If you
