  We have received notice from the U.S. Department of
  Education that FY 1999 applications have been sent to
  school divisions for Impact Aid.  The deadline for filing
  applications is March 1, 1999.

  call Ms. Doris B. West, Senior Budget Analyst, at (804)

  completion of the application forms, please contact the
