Enclosed with this memorandum is a copy of the county/city ledger for your school division. This ledger includes payments received July 1, 1998, through January 15, 1999. This information is being sent to you now so you may balance revenue for the first half of the fiscal year. This is the first time we have provided you with a printout for the first half of the fiscal year. It is our hope you will review this report and notify us of any discrepancies or problems you may identify so that we may correct them. This effort should make balancing at year-end easier than in past years. As has been done in past years, we will be sending you a final report as of June 30, 1999, sometime in July or early August. This information is for your use. If you identify any problems or if you have any questions concerning the data, please notify June Eanes, Budget Director, at (804) 225-2025.
