SUBJECT: Children in Foster Care - 1998-99 Reimbursement for 1997-98 Costs 
  Administrative Supts. Memo. No. 44 dated July 10, 1998,
  collected data from the 1997-98 school year to be used in
  calculating the reimbursements for Regular and Special
  Foster Care payments in fiscal year 1998-99.  Once the
  1997-98 Annual School Reports were audited, the final
  calculations were made.  Attached is a printout reflecting
  the entitlement for each school division. This payment will
  be transmitted to the school divisions on the May 28, 1999,
  electronic fund transfer (EFT).
