  Superintendent's Memo No. 51 (Administrative) was withdrawn
  from the Cumulative Index and was replaced with Supts. Memo
  No. 60 dated July 16, 1999.

  Attached is a revised copy of the Cumulative Index to
  replace the one mailed to you July 9, 1999.  If you have any
