| SUBJECT: | Vocational Education Perkins Funds for Fiscal Year 2000 |
Attached is a printout reflecting the estimated Carl Perkins funds for each school division for fiscal year 2000, which began July 1, 1999, and ends June 30, 2000. These funds will be distributed as reimbursement for actual expenditures. The Office of Vocational and Adult Education Services is currently developing the reimbursement request form that will be used by divisions. This reimbursement request form will be mailed to divisions at a later date. A Supts. Memo. concerning state vocational funds for occupational preparation, adult education, and equipment will be distributed after accountability reports have been received from all school divisions and have been audited. School divisions may use the amount of state funds they received in fiscal year 1999 as an estimate for fiscal year 2000 until final funds are computed.
