Administrative Supts. Memo. No. 54, dated July 9, 1999, transmitted to you the instructions and diskette for completing the 1998-99 Annual School Report (ASR). Enclosed with this memo are the revenue reports required to complete the ASR. 1. County/City Ledger 2. Sales Tax - Accrual Method (to be reported on the ASR) Cash Method 3. Fringe Benefits - Accrual Method (to be reported on the ASR) 4. Basic Aid Distribution Sheet 5. Retiree Health Care Credit The Basic Aid Distribution Sheet reflects some adjustments from 1998-99 that were not made in that year. Therefore, these adjustments will be made in fiscal year 1999-00, and distributed over 10 months from September to June. If you have any questions concerning these documents, please call Ms. June Eanes, budget director, at (804) 225- 2025. Please send the diskette and a hard copy of the completed Annual School Report to Ms. Eanes by September 15, 1999.
