The 1999-2000 Report of Combined (Regular and Summer) Term Graduates has been revised to include additional categories for reporting graduate data. These data are needed for program evaluation and Federal reporting requirements for Vocational- Technical Education Accountability. The following information will be requested on the report: 1. The number of graduates by degree who have completed the secondary component of Tech Prep. The graduate report must be completed for all secondary schools in your division and returned to the Department of Education by September 8, 2000. An administrative memo, final spreadsheets, file layouts, detailed instructions, and a list of edit procedures will be sent to division superintendents and posted on the Department of Education's website in June 2000. The data for the Report of Combined (Regular and Summer) Term Graduates should be submitted to the Office of Management Information Systems in an Excel spreadsheet or an ASCII flat file format.
