We are pleased to provide you with the first report on Virginia's Special Education State Improvement Plan which is based on data from 1998 and 1999 Standards of Learning (SOL) testing. Improved results for students with disabilities are reflected in increased school completion and higher proficiency levels on the SOL tests.
