| SUBJECT: | Fiscal Year 2002 Remedial Summer School Payment |
Administrative Superintendent’s Memorandum Number 40, dated July 20, 2001, requested school divisions to provide an estimated and an actual count of fiscal year 2002 remedial summer school enrollment (summer 2001 program). The requested data have been received from all divisions.
Attachment A shows the estimated and actual fiscal year 2002 remedial summer school enrollments and entitlements for each school division. On the September 30, 2001, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) payment, school divisions received an initial 30 percent payment based on estimated enrollment. On the October 16, 2001, EDI payment, divisions will receive their balance of payment based on their actual enrollment.
