Revised Electronic Reporting for CTE Cooperative Education Wage and Hour Report

The directions and the linked forms for completing the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Cooperative Education Wage and Hour Report are now accessible on the CTE website at (www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/Instruction/CTE/co-op/).

The reporting procedure for the wage and hour report has changed this year to make reporting locally and at the state level a smoother process. Please request your teacher-coordinators to print the description and the directions before attempting to complete the report. This year the required full report is to be kept on file in the school division, and the coordinators are to forward only the summary report to the Department of Education. The full report completed locally should be shared with school and central office administrators as well as advisory committee members and other members of the business community. Department of Education specialists may find a need to request a copy of the full report at various times during the year.

One other major change this year is that all reports will be sent to one central address, wage@pe n.k12.va.us, not to individual Department of Education specialists. Reports will be acknowledged electronically as received.
