Attached are
copies of 2002-2003 final entitlements for the programs listed below. These entitlements are allocated to the
Commonwealth of Virginia under provisions of the No Child Left Behind
Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110.
The U.S. Department of Education allocates the total grant amounts in
two phases: July 1, 2002 and October 1,
2002. The amount allocated for each of
the two phases is shown in the attached entitlement tables for the programs
listed below.
The procedures and forms for submitting a consolidated Phase II application or individual applications for the programs listed above are available at the following Department of Educations NCLB website: http://www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/nclb/ Applications are due no later than September 30, 2002.
