SUBJECT:	2002-2003 Driver Education Status Questionnaire

The Department of Education is collecting data for the 2002-2003 Driver Education Status Questionnaire. We would appreciate your assistance with the collection of this data. The driver education laboratory information submitted on the Status Questionnaire will be used to calculate your 2002-2003 per pupil state basic aid reimbursement for in-car instruction and to ensure program compliance in accordance with 22.1-205 of the Code of Virginia.

The Status Questionnaire is accessible at http://www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/Instruction/PE/. We would appreciate receiving this information no later than July 1, 2003.
