SUBJECT:	Identification of Division Directors of Testing

Each year the Department of Education requests division superintendents to designate division directors of testing. This memo conveys the request for the 2003-2004 school year. The division directors of testing are the official contacts for all activities related to state assessment programs. It is to these persons that all state assessment-related correspondence and questions are directed by the Department of Education.

Attached is information regarding the division director of testing designated by you for the 2002-2003 school year. Please use this form to update your designation of the division director of testing for 2003-2004 and to correct mailing/shipping addresses, phone/fax numbers, and e-mail addresses. These forms should be returned to the Division of Assessment and Reporting by August 8, 2003. Questions should be directed to the staff of the Division of Assessment and Reporting at (804) 225-2102.
