The

may be considered for membership on advisory boards and task
forces as
well as candidates for special recognition programs such as the 2003 Milken

educators from your division. Please submit recommendations for two secondary
classroom teachers and one administrator (principal or assistant principal) who
demonstrate exceptional instructional ability.
Individuals
are needed who exhibit strong potential for professional leadership and who
have a positive impact on students, colleagues, and the community. The two classroom teachers recommended
should be in their early to mid-careers with no more than 18 years of service.
Principals recommended should be in their first 10 years of employment as
administrators and shall not have more than 20 years of experience. Candidates
must be individuals who are recognized by peers and supervisors for their
achievements.
Please submit
your recommendations on the attached form. All questions must be answered.
Also, please include with this form a one-page narrative that specifies how the
candidate meets the criteria mentioned in this memo.
