SUBJECT:	Final Entitlements for 2003-2004 Title II, Part A, Under Provisions of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110

Attached are copies of the 2003-2004 final entitlements for Title II, Part A, Teacher and Principal Training and Recruiting Fund. The total amount of funds allocated to school divisions is $49,036,391. The U. S. Department of Education allocates the total grant in two periods: July 1, 2003 and October 1, 2003. The amount allocated for each of the two periods is shown in the attached entitlement tables.

The Phase II part of the applications for Title II, Part A, funding should be submitted no later than September 30, 2003. The procedures and forms for submitting a consolidated Phase II application or individual application for Title II, Part A, are available at the following Department of Educations NCLB website: http:/www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/nclb.
