SUBJECT:	2003-2004 Title II, Part D, Enhancing Education Through Technology Formula Subgrant

Attached is a copy of the 2003-2004 final entitlements for Title II, Part D, Enhancing Education Through Technology Formula Subgrant. The total amount of funds allocated to school divisions is $4,710,651.95.

The phase II part of the applications for Title II, Part D, funding should be submitted no later than September 30, 2003. The procedures and forms for submitting a consolidated phase II application are available at http://www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/nclb/. The individual application along with resources, for Title II, Part D, are available at the following Office of Educational Technologys website: http://www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/Technology/EdTech/rf.shtml
