Left Behind Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110 |
Attached is
the final entitlement for the 2003-2004 Title VI, Part B, Subpart 2, Rural and
Low-Income School Program for eligible school divisions. The Phase I grant
notifications to school divisions did not reflect an amount for this allocation
because the Virginia Department of Education had not received its grant award
notification from the U.S. Department of Education. Therefore, the total allocation will be indicated in the Phase II
grant notifications if the eligible school division applied for the funding.
